I will try to make this Site available to you for your use and enjoyment at all times, but you acknowledge that such access may on occasions be restricted or be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

I do not warrant that this Site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components and shall not be held responsible for any breach of these Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To add value to visitors’ experiences when using this Site, I may provide links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion, but you agree that I shall not be responsible for the availability or content of any such external site.

If the advertising, offering for sale or selling of the goods or any services on this Site is illegal for any reason in the jurisdiction in which it is accessed or viewed, access to and/or viewing of such material is not authorised by us.

3 Non-Reliance on Content

5 Provision of Goods; Delivery

By placing an order with me, you agree and accept these Conditions, and any other terms and conditions that may be applicable between us in relation to that order, including confirmation that you are at least 18 years of age.

Each order placed with me may include or incur a charge for delivery. If your order is subject to a delivery charge, it will be confirmed to you before you are asked to confirm your order (usually by clicking a button or by taking a similar step indicating your commitment to place an order with me). Delivery charges (if applicable) may vary depending on the size and weight of the order/goods, and the destination for delivery.

Delivery will be made to the address given when the order is placed with us. Other relevant details concerning delivery will be provided to you, either at the time the order is placed or within a reasonable time thereafter.

6 Price & Payment

Prices of goods will be as quoted on this Site at the time you confirm your order (as above) and will not be affected by any subsequent discounts or promotional offers made by me, resulting in a lower price for the same goods.

All prices displayed on the Site are in £s sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable (at the rate then prevailing).

I  may take payment from your debit, credit or charge card at the time you place an order with me, or may accept a personal cheque in respect of such payment. Alternatively, I may take payment through a third party provider; we presently use Pay Pal, Amex and secure trading for this purpose. I reserve the right to change the price for any of the goods that we offer, at any time and without notice to you. Prices may therefore change and I will not refund the difference between the price paid by you at the time goods are ordered through this Site and any subsequent prices offered.

The debit, credit and charge cards accepted by ifonlyif are those listed on this Site on the date your order is placed.

7 Your right to Cancel

Where orders for goods are placed with ifonlyif  through this Site, except where an order relates to the supply of goods made to a particular specification or which are clearly personalised, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned, you have the right to cancel your order at any time until the expiry of the 7th working day (known as the cooling-off period) after the goods are received by you, provided you have given written notice (which may be via e-mail) of your wish to cancel your order and the goods in question (including all packaging) remain in reasonable condition.

8 Our Liability

We exclude our liability to you, to the maximum extent permitted by law, in respect of your dealings with us, except that nothing in these Conditions shall restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty, nor will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights. Further information about your statutory rights can be obtained from your local authority Trading Standards Department or from the Citizen's Advice Bureau.

We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or in breach of these Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems, accident, disruption to energy supplies, strikes, riot, civil commotion or acts of terrorism or war.

Except as set out in this paragraph 8, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under these Conditions, or under any other terms and conditions that may be applicable between us, will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.

9 Intellectual Property

Save as otherwise provided in these Conditions, you acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this Site shall remain at all times vested in us. You are permitted to use such material only as expressly authorised by us and in accordance with these Conditions. No other license or rights are granted.

You further acknowledge and agree that any other use of such Content is strictly prohibited and you agree not to, nor to assist any other person to, copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, commercial exploit or create derivative works of it or any part of it.

10 General

You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Conditions; however, you accept that we may do so, if we consider this appropriate.

A person who is not party to these Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise, to enforce any term of these Conditions.

These Conditions set out the entire agreement and understanding between you and us in relation to your use of this Site and supersede all prior representations, understandings and agreements of whatever nature between you and us.

If any part of these Conditions is deemed by any competent authority to be void or ineffective for any reason, the remainder of these Conditions shall continue without the ineffective provision(s) and shall remain in full force and effect.

These Conditions are subject to the law of England, with English courts having exclusive jurisdiction.

We recommend that you print out a copy of these Conditions for your future reference.
